STEMI

  • ST Elevation MI


NSTEMI

  • Non-ST elevation MI



WPW (Wolfe-Parkinsons White)

  • Have an extra conduction pathway

  • Allow more electricity to the muscle

  • tachydysrhythmias

  • DELTA WAVE (upward slopping of the QRS)

  • Shortened PR Interval

  • Widened QRS



Hyperkalemia

  • Peaked T-waves

  • Absent or flattened P-waves

  • Widened QRS



Organophosphate Poisoning

  1. Atropine

  2. 2-pam chloride (Pralidoxime)



Crackles=Rales=Pulmonary Edema

  • Left sided HF

  • Drownings

  • Pneumonia

  • Pulmonary Contusion

  • Aspiration
